Ramon Garcia

Mr. Ramon Garcia, PMP is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across FMCG, pharmaceutical, logistics, transportation, and IT sectors. He currently serves as CEO and President of In1Go Technologies Inc. and vLink MS Inc., Managing Director of In1Go Solutions Inc., and Director at Optima P3M Inc., a project management training and consultancy firm.

Ramon’s expertise spans Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Master Data Management (MDM), Sales Force Automation, Sales Analytics using GIS, Transportation Management Solutions, and Risk Management within supply chain and IT systems. He has successfully led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and performance improvement projects, integrating technology with strategic project management to drive business results. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and active PMI Philippines Chapter member since 2006, Ramon combines practical industry insight with dynamic facilitation skills to deliver engaging and actionable learning experiences.

He holds a B.S. in Commerce, Major in Economics, from San Sebastian College, a B.S. in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University, and completed the 1st Diploma in Project Management at Ateneo-CCE in partnership with PMI Philippines Chapter.
