Michele Gorospe is a Certified Project Management  Professional with over 20 years of experience managing  teams, working in software delivery in the Financial &  Telecommunications industry. She has managed projects,  programs & portfolios worth $5M. She also has vast  experience leading different delivery teams with more  than 50 resources.   

Her Information Technology project experience spans  from regulatory, migration, new application, new product  & product enhancements. Within the organization she has been with; she has championed the project management practice by advocating for the PM Bluebook - standardization of project managers for delivery and the PM Forum -cascading latest project management tools & techniques.
