What is your favorite part about being a PMI PH member?
You can easily get along with other members; they are approachable and humble. The supportive vibe makes learning and collaboration natural.
What has been your best memory or experience as a PMI PH member?
The moment I volunteered for a PMI PH initiative, I realized that my skills were helping to shape the future of project management in the Philippines. It gave me a sense of purpose that was truly unforgettable.
What inspired you to take a PMI certification?
I earned my PMI certification to enhance my skills, gain global recognition, and effectively lead impactful projects. It aligned with how I want to deliver results.
What is one tip you would give to someone preparing for the exam?
Allocate time to read the PMBOK and Agile materials, and prioritize the Simulation Exam. Understand the concepts, then practice with intent.
What changed in your career or life after certification?
After obtaining my certification, I secured a new position as a Business Process Improvement Manager at a multinational healthcare company just four months later. This opportunity helped me gain credibility in leading global projects and boosted my confidence in my leadership abilities.
