The Risk Matrix Challenge is an interactive feature designed to help project professionals strengthen their risk management skills by applying PMBOK® risk response strategies to realistic project scenarios in the Philippines. Through a series of exercises, participants learn to distinguish between threats and opportunities, select the most appropriate response strategies, and discover their own risk management style. The activity reinforces the idea that effective project leaders do more than avoid risks—they proactively manage uncertainty, reduce the impact of potential setbacks, and capitalize on opportunities to create greater project value.
