About the event
The Risk Management in Projects training equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and practical techniques needed to proactively identify, assess, respond to, and monitor risks throughout the project life cycle. Drawing from globally recognized risk management and project management standards, the course provides a structured approach to managing both threats and opportunities in projects.
