The Project Management in Construction Training uses lecture/discussion, exercises, and workshops as the main learning tools. Participants may be grouped by similar projects they are involved in and the cases to be used in the workshop can be based on the projects that the participants are currently working on. The participants can further enhance the output of the workshop and use them in their actual work.
