About the event
The Project Management in Construction training is a comprehensive five-day program designed to help construction professionals effectively manage projects in an increasingly complex and competitive environment. Based on the PMI® PMBOK® Guide and aligned with international project management standards, the course provides practical knowledge, tools, and techniques for managing construction projects on time, within budget, and according to stakeholder expectations.
Through lectures, workshops, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to develop project charters, manage scope, identify and mitigate risks, engage stakeholders, create communication plans, administer contracts, and successfully close projects. The training emphasizes real-world application, enabling participants to immediately apply project management best practices to their current and future construction projects.
