Project Fundamentals: Core concepts, terminology, and the project manager’s roles and responsibilities.
Team Building & Working Styles: Understanding team dynamics and applying personality assessments for effective collaboration.
Project Planning Tools: Using Logframe/DMF, Problem/Solution/Results Trees, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Charts, and Milestone Charts.
Critical Path & Scheduling: Developing network diagrams, calculating critical paths, and creating project implementation schedules.
Cost Management & Earned Value: Estimating activity costs, developing cost baselines, and monitoring progress with Earned Value Management (EVM).
