About the event
This virtual training by the PMI Philippines Chapter introduces participants to key concepts, frameworks, and tools in program and project monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
It covers both foundational and applied learning, including statistical concepts, evaluation designs, sampling methods, data collection techniques, and result interpretation. Participants will also gain hands-on understanding of how to design evaluations and use data for reporting and decision-making.
The course is facilitated by Dr. Kenneth F. Smith, an experienced project management consultant, trainer, and evaluator with extensive international development and project management experience.
Designed for project managers, M&E officers, consultants, and development professionals, this training helps build stronger capability in measuring project performance and improving outcomes through evidence-based approaches.
