The Introduction to Project Management – In-Person Training is a 2-day, hands-on program based on PMI’s PMBOK® Guide (6th Edition). Through lectures, discussions, and workshops, participants will learn essential project management practices—scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and more.
