About the event
The Agile Awareness Training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to understand and apply Agile principles in today’s VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment. Participants will learn the philosophy, core values, and key practices of Agile, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe®, and understand how to create teams that embrace Agile for delivering real value to customers. The course also demonstrates how to develop hybrid approaches for projects with unclear scope and introduces the power of Agile feedback loops through hands-on exercises.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to immediately apply Agile concepts to their day-to-day activities, build new Agile habits through ceremonies, and create momentum for Agile adoption at the enterprise level. This training is ideal for project managers, team leaders, product owners, business analysts, and executives who want to enhance collaboration, improve governance, and achieve more predictable project outcomes.
