PMI Philippines Chapter Executive Director
On behalf of the Philippines Chapter, I would like to introduce Ms. Rodelyn Chan-Lee, the new Executive Director of PMI Philippines Chapter. The executive director is a newly created position of the chapter's administrative organization. She is a full-time employee of the chapter and reports to the Board through the Chapter President. Ms. Glends Andoy, the current chapter coordinators reports to her. Ms. Andoy will concentrate on training affairs.
With a new executive director on board in the person of Olin as she is called, we can now serve the community better. We could also implement more events and programs as we now have enough full-time personnel to execute the plans and policy of the board.
Olin had solid experience in a professional organization ( Institute of Internal Auditors-Philippines ) where she served as Executive Director for 5 years. She represented her previous organization in various international meetings, leadership workshops and chief of staff meetings held in different countries in Asia, Europe and United States.
She took her Bachelor in Education at University of Santo Tomas, Manila and completed her Masters in Educational Management. She also took Accounting for Non- Accountants at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Makati.
Let us welcome Olin and support her.
