Status Reports and Effective Team Meetings - 2009 Technical Session No. 4

PMI Philippines Chapter organized the 4th technical session for 2009 with a presentation by Mr. Ian Koenig, PMP, called "Status Reports and Effective Team Meetings".  The session was conducted on September 10 at the Magellan Function Room of the Discovery Suites in Pasig City.

Ian presented his ideas on how to prepare concise status reports that conveys the project's actual progress against the plan, enumerate the achievements and completed activities, list the missed or delayed activities, highlight the planned activities for the next period, and list the issues for management action. He also provided guidelines and suggestions on running short but effective project team meetings.
