2nd Technical Session for 2009

PMI Philippines Chapter organized the 2nd Technical Session for this year.  Dr. Rodolfo "Dups" A. De Los Reyes, PhD spoke on "Leadership E.Q. in Project Management" at the Discovery Suites on June 9.

Liberally sprinkling jokes all through his presentation, Dr. Dups discussed his 4 keystones of E. Q. - Self-Awareness, Relationships, Resilience and Depth, and Self-Actualization and Optimism.  He made use of music and dancing to enliven the presentation even more.  He touched on his own personal struggles on his journey of E.Q. enlightenment.
